Macomb Emergency Dental Clinic exists because emergency dental care in our community has been broken for a long time. If you chipped a tooth on a Saturday morning, got a sudden infection at 9:00 PM, or cracked a crown right before a big meeting, the options were almost always the same: wait days for a regular appointment, go to the ER and leave with only a prescription, or pay cash at a concierge practice that does not take your insurance. None of these are real solutions.
Our clinic was built from the ground up around a simple premise: when a dental emergency happens, the patient should be able to walk into a real dental office, get diagnosed with real imaging, and get treated the same day by a real dentist. We accept Medicaid, we post our prices publicly, and we focus our entire practice on same-day urgent care. When the immediate pain is resolved, we also offer the restorative and oral surgery care needed to put your smile back together.

To be the trusted first call for dental emergencies in Macomb County. We reduce unnecessary ER visits, eliminate the guessing game of "will they see me today," and bridge the gap between acute pain relief and long-term dental health.

Working With Your Regular Dentist and Primary Care Provider
We are built to be your emergency resource, not your replacement dentist. When you come in, we treat the urgent problem, give you a full written summary of what we did, and send the records to your regular dentist so they can continue your long-term care. We also work closely with local urgent care centers, primary care providers, and ER physicians to make sure patients who do not need hospital-level care get directed to us instead.
